Role: CENTRE HR MANAGER
Talent Acquisition, Identifying manpower requirements through proper planning, Offer generation & Completing Online formalities of the candidates.
Bank account updation , maintaining trackers. HRIS Data base management, To maintain up-to-date information on transfers, compensation, terminations, mapping updation & organizational changes. Statutory Compliance i.e. PF, ESIC. Preparing monthly attendance file, Exit reports.
Conduct New joiners Induction programs, ensure on employee activities (Fun @ work), attrition & retention to be managed post discussion with business team and circulate the same, conducting one on one (Entry & team leader), Grievance handling, conducting IJP. To ensure 100% salary coverage to all the staffs across center .
Create forums and facilitate interactions between the staff & the management on a regular basis - Skip Level Meeting
Processing of employee confirmation based on satisfactory report from the supervisors and processing of probation extensions.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
