About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and compassionate

Centre Head

to lead our

Nursery to Grade 2

section. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood and primary education, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for creating a nurturing, stimulating, and structured environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the academic, administrative, and operational management of Nursery to Grade 2. Oversee curriculum implementation (Cambridge & CBSE) Mentor and manage teaching and non-teaching staff for optimal performance. Maintain high standards of safety, discipline, hygiene, and well-being of all children. Monitor classroom teaching, lesson planning, and child development. Coordinate parent engagement initiatives and handle queries and feedback. Organize school events, celebrations, and activities relevant to early learning. Ensure compliance with educational regulations and institutional policies.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years In-charge or coordinator, or Headmistress in Nursery to 2

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree with experience in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field. Montessori/ECCE/NTT Certification Minimum

5 years of teaching

and

2+ years in a leadership/academic coordinator

role in a reputed preschool or primary school. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Fluency in English (spoken and written); regional language an advantage. Passionate about early learning, child development, and progressive education practices.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
