Position Overview



We are looking for a

Centre Head

who can lead the centre's overall operations, drive admissions, ensure academic quality, and deliver an exceptional student experience. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-growing education environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Centre Operations & Management



Oversee day-to-day functioning of the centre, ensuring smooth academic and administrative operations. Coordinate with training teams, support staff, and management to maintain high service standards. Ensure compliance with institutional guidelines, SOPs, and quality benchmarks.

2. Admissions & Revenue Growth



Lead the admissions team, including Senior Admissions Counselors, to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly enrollment targets. Monitor lead conversions, sales performance, and adherence to CRM processes. Drive marketing and outreach initiatives to increase student footfall and pipeline.

3. Student Experience & Support



Ensure excellent counseling, guidance, and support to learners throughout their journey. Maintain high satisfaction levels through effective issue resolution and proactive communication. Plan and execute student engagement activities, workshops, and events.

4. Team Leadership



Mentor, train, and motivate the admissions and support teams. Conduct regular reviews to track performance and productivity. Foster a positive, collaborative, customer-centric work culture.

5. Reporting & Coordination



Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with management. Work closely with HO for academic, operational, placement, and marketing requirements. Maintain updated records across CRM and other software platforms.

Skills & Qualifications



Graduate/PG with

5-10 years of experience

in EdTech, training centres, skill development, or similar industries. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required). Strong sales and target-driven mindset. Ability to multitask, manage operations, and make data-driven decisi
