Role Overview
As the Centre Head, you will lead the Salem Centre, managing Admissions, Outreach, Counselling, and Operations teams. You will be responsible for driving enrolments, ensuring student satisfaction, and building strong community partnerships while mentoring your team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Drive admissions, revenue, and growth targets for the centre.
Lead and mentor teams (ARMs, Counsellors, Outreach Executives).
Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and stakeholders for student acquisition.
Ensure excellent counselling and student-parent engagement.
Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and process efficiency.
Collaborate with Marketing, Academic, and Corporate teams for aligned execution.
Act as the primary escalation point for students and parents.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate with 4+ years of experience in Education Management, Business Development, or Centre Operations.
Proven track record of leading teams and achieving business goals.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English & Tamil preferred.
Passionate about education and student success.
