Job Description

This position will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the center and will ensure that the center functions are organized and Converting inquiries into admissions.

Parent Counselling and Admission formalities:

Parent counseling and converting enquiries into admissions.

Teaching, Teacher Support and Training:

Provide guidance and support to pre-primary teachers.

Step in and teach a class when the class teacher is on leave.

Classroom Management:

Keep track of the organization and management of pre-primary classrooms.

Ensure a safe, stimulating, happy and child-friendly environment.

Track the children's progress, learning difficulties and keep the parent keep the parent informed of their progress.

Parent Communication:

Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians via app regarding their child's development, behavior, and progress.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other educators, staff, and school management to ensure a holistic educational experience for the children.

Skills required:

Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECCED, TTC trained) preferred with any graduation degree.

Prior teaching experience in pre-primary education.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills while interacting with both children and adults.

Knowledge of early child development principles.

Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
