Key Responsibilities

1. Centre Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards of service delivery. Manage budgets to ensure cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets. Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as patient satisfaction, treatment outcomes, and revenue generation. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

2. Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of physiotherapists, administrative staff, and healthcare professionals. Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and high morale.

3. Patient Care:

Ensure patients receive the highest level of care and effective treatment plans. Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement new treatment protocols and services.

4. Business Development:

Drive patient acquisition and retention strategies to meet growth targets. Develop and execute BTL marketing initiatives such as community outreach, health camps, workshops, and business partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, and other referral sources.

5. Quality Assurance:

Regularly review and assess service quality at the centre. Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives for patient care and operational efficiency.

6. Reporting:

Provide regular reports on centre performance including financials, patient feedback, and team productivity to senior management. Maintain accurate records of all operations and activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Healthcare Management or a related field. Minimum 5 years of healthcare management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of physiotherapy practices and patient care. Proven expertise in business development and BTL marketing. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
