Centre Head

to manage the overall functioning of our Jalandhar centre.

The Centre Head will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving admissions, ensuring high-quality delivery of courses, maintaining student and parent satisfaction, and managing centre performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall operations of the academy centre. Achieve monthly sales and admissions targets through effective marketing and outreach. Handle student counselling, parent meetings, and walk-ins to convert inquiries into admissions. Coordinate with trainers to ensure smooth delivery of classes and training quality. Oversee daily operational activities--administration, scheduling, facility management, and reporting. Address and resolve student/parent grievances promptly and professionally. Conduct marketing activities including seminars, field visits, tie-ups, and promotional campaigns. Maintain strong communication with the management team and provide regular updates. Ensure a positive, professional, and growth-oriented environment at the centre. Train, lead, and supervise centre staff for smooth workflow.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage. Minimum

2-4 years of experience

in centre management, sales, education, or service industry. Experience in student counselling or training institutes will be preferred.
