Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Center Head for our Bakery Academy. As the leader of our academy, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, curriculum development, and delivery of high-quality bakery training programs. Your expertise and leadership will help us achieve our mission of providing world-class bakery education and training to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the academy's goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with industry needs and trends.

2. Academy Operations:

- Oversee daily operations, including faculty management, student affairs, and facility maintenance.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

3. Curriculum Development:

- Develop and review curriculum to ensure relevance, quality, and industry alignment.

- Collaborate with industry experts to stay updated on latest trends and techniques.

4. Faculty Management:

- Recruit, train, and mentor faculty members to ensure high-quality instruction.

- Evaluate faculty performance and provide feedback for improvement.

5. Student Development:

- Foster a supportive learning environment that promotes student success.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to students to help them achieve their goals.

6. Industry Partnerships:

- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners to ensure relevance and job readiness of graduates.

- Collaborate with partners to provide internships, job placements, and industry projects.

7. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure high-quality delivery of programs and services.

- Monitor and evaluate student feedback, faculty performance, and program effectiveness.

8. Maintaing Financial Viability of the center

- Ensure that center runs on its own.

- Devise policies for revenue maximization

9. Execute local marketing & lead generation activities

- Plan and lead SEO, SMO, GMB and Meta Campaigns.

- Plan and execute Marketing Campaigns/workshops in and around the region.

- Oversee kitchen, infrastructure, admin & compliances.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
