Roles & Responsibilities:



Academic & Training Management:



Ensure effective delivery of event management programs as per approved curriculum
Monitor faculty performance, training quality, class schedules, and student progress
Facilitate workshops, live events, internships, and practical exposure
Maintain academic discipline, assessments, and certification processes

Centre Operations & Administration:



Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre including infrastructure, facilities, and resources
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, statutory norms, and internal policies

Maintain proper documentation, records, and MIS reporting:



Admissions & Business Development
Drive monthly and annual student admission and revenue targets
Plan and execute admission campaigns, seminars, open houses, and institutional tie-ups
Build relationships with colleges, corporates, and industry partners

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:



Plan and monitor digital marketing strategies for student lead generation
Coordinate with internal or external digital marketing teams/agencies
Oversee campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube
Monitor social media presence, content planning, and brand visibility
Track digital leads, conversion ratios, cost per lead, and ROI
Ensure timely follow-up of digital leads by counselling/admission teams

Placement & Industry Relations:



Develop strong industry connections for internships, live projects, and placements
Coordinate with event companies for on-ground exposure and recruitment opportunities
Track placement performance and student outcomes

Financial Management:



Monitor fee collection, outstanding dues, expenses, and centre profitability
Ensure cost control while achieving revenue growth

Student & Parent Relations:



Handle student and parent escalations professionally
Ensure high satisfaction, retention, and positive feedback
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
