Job Summary:
Your primary responsibilities will include managing staff, implementing educational programs, ensuring student satisfaction, and maintaining a conducive learning environment. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for education and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and implementation of academic programs in accordance with curriculum standards and educational objectives.
Manage center operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Monitor teaching methodologies and instructional materials to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
Implement initiatives to promote student engagement and retention
Prepare reports on center performance, student progress, and other relevant metrics.
Establish and maintain partnerships with local schools, universities, and community organizations.
Represent Sun Education at educational events, conferences, and networking functions.
Develop marketing strategies to attract prospective students and promote brand awareness.
.Monitoring sales activities and motivate the sales department
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in the academic field, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
