Job Title: Centre Head - Ducklings Preschool, Hadapsar, Pune

Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Head to lead our preschool in Wagholi, Pune. As Centre Head, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure a nurturing environment, and drive our preschool's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage preschool operations, staff, and curriculum

- Ensure compliance with regulations and preschool policies

- Foster a safe, engaging environment for kids

- Communicate with parents, staff, and community

- Plan events, manage budgets, and drive enrollment

- Support staff development and student growth

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in preschool management or teaching

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Passion for early childhood education
