Job Title: Centre Head/ Centre Manager

Work Hours - 9.00 am to 6.00 PM

Exp- 5-10 yrs

Qualification: - Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)/Any Masters degree

Competencies & Skill Set

Good interpersonal skills to handle parents and internal teams. High level of customer orientation. Should be able to handle walk ins and convert to admissions Self driven and attention to detail High sense of ownership and responsibility. Problem solving ability and MUST be a team player Possess working knowledge in Early Childhood Education Must be Tech friendly, needs to know Ms Office with a flair for numbers

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for entire Centre Operations and managing the team Responsible for conversions and admissions Single point of contact for parents and team Mentor and coach the team Responsible for Profit & Loss of Centre Preparation of Report & Maintenance of Records: Prepares periodic reports, financial statements and records on center projects, progress, status or other special reports for management. Ensure the safety and welfare of the students at all the time, liaising with the management as appropriate. Take overall responsibility for disciplinary matters in consultation with the Managing Director. Design the new curriculum for the students. Get approved of the new curriculum with the management .
