Reports to: Head Office / Franchise Owner
Role Objective: To oversee all operations of the CapOasis center, ensuring smooth academic delivery, staff coordination, admissions growth, and compliance with SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day academic and operational activities
Lead the team of trainers, coordinators, and support staff
Maintain student satisfaction, learning quality, and outcomes
Coordinate with head office for curriculum updates, reporting, and audits
Drive monthly admissions and meet revenue targets
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate
5+ years of experience in educational operations or center management
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
