Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee complete center operations including administration, sales, service delivery, and customer experience.
Manage and lead center staff, including recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and motivation.
Drive admissions / sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
Develop and implement local marketing and promotional activities to increase footfall and brand visibility.
Build strong relationships with customers, parents/clients, and local stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations or grievances effectively.
Monitor center performance, MIS reports, expenses, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Coordinate with head office / senior management for reporting and operational support.
Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive work culture at the center.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Center Head, Branch Manager, or similar leadership role.
Experience in education, training, fitness, healthcare, retail, or service industry preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
