Centre Head
to lead and manage the operations, admissions, academics, and team performance of our beauty and wellness training centre. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for education, business growth, and customer experience.
As the Centre Head, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, ensuring academic excellence, and maintaining operational efficiency while driving team performance across counselling, faculty, and support functions. This is a leadership role that requires high accountability, people management skills, and a sharp eye for business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Own overall center performance - admissions, revenue, academics, and operations.
Lead, train, and supervise counsellors, faculty, and support staff to meet daily and monthly targets.
Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to generate walk-ins and admissions.
Ensure exceptional student experience and timely resolution of escalations.
Monitor academic delivery, student attendance, and trainer performance.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and MIS updates.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, brand standards, and compliance protocols.
Coordinate with Zonal Office for curriculum updates, audits, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct regular team reviews, goal setting, and performance appraisals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Monthly admission & revenue targets
Team performance & productivity (Counsellors, Trainers, Support)
Center profitability and student retention
Lead-to-admission conversion ratio
Academic delivery quality & student satisfaction
Marketing ROI and walk-in footfall growth
MIS accuracy and compliance adherence
Candidate Profile:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
4-7 years of experience in managing education/training centres, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or vocational training sector
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals
Excellent communication in English and local language
Ability to multitask, lead from the front, and take ownership of outcomes
Smart, well-groomed, and presentable with a customer-centric mindset
