Job Description

The Center Head is a key leadership position responsible for the overall success and performance of the assigned center. This role requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management skills to drive both sales growth and operational efficiency. This role requires an excellent track record in both sales and operations. The Centre Head is responsible for achieving sales targets & and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre. The key responsibilities associated with this role are as under: * Sales Strategy: \xe2\x80\xa2Developing and implementing a sales strategy aligned with the overall organizational goals.

2. Team Leadership: \xe2\x80\xa2Leading and managing the sales and operations team. \xe2\x80\xa2Providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the the team meets or exceeds targets. \xe2\x80\xa2Ensuring Customer Delight

3. Centre Performance Analysis: \xe2\x80\xa2Monitoring and analysing sales and operations performance data. \xe2\x80\xa2Implementing timely corrective actions and strategies to achieve high centre performance

4.Day-to-Day Operations: \xe2\x80\xa2Ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency in all aspects of the center\'s activities.

5. Budgeting and Financial Management: \xe2\x80\xa2Responsible for Centre Profitability \xef\x82\xb7 Achieving fee collection goals

6. Company Policies & Directives: \xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring strict adherence to company Processes, Policies and Directives

7. Quality \xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring High-Quality delivery of Training & and meeting students\' placement goals.

8. Administration \xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring Good governance and administration

Minimum Education Graduation

Working Experience 17-25 years

Age Range 40 years \xe2\x80\x93 48 Years

Gender Female/Male

Industry & other skills Preferred from Education, Banking and financial services, Telecom, and Insurance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Excellent interpersonal skills

IT Knowledge Must be well-versed with excel, power point, word and presentations
