Job Title: Central Head

Location:- kaloor, Kathrikkadavu

Job Summary

The Central Head is responsible for providing strategic leadership and centralized oversight across multiple departments, regions, or business units. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, standardization of processes, operational efficiency, and effective execution of company-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and direction to centralized functions and regional/unit heads Develop and implement organizational strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures Ensure alignment of departmental goals with the company's vision and objectives Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across operations Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistency and efficiency Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies at an organizational level Represent the organization in high-level internal and external engagements Lead change management initiatives and support organizational growth Mentor and develop senior leadership and management teams
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred) Proven experience in a senior leadership or head-office role Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities Experience managing multi-location, multi-department, or centralized operations Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
