Plan and execute local marketing & promotional activities
Handle lead generation, student outreach, and counselling
Communicate effectively in Malayalam & English (spoken & written)
Monitor marketing results, admissions, and sales performance
Ensure student/parent satisfaction and quality delivery
Maintain reports, attendance, and SOP compliance
