This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Head located in Kozhikode. The Center Head will oversee daily operations, coordinate between teams, and ensure smooth functioning of the center. Responsibilities include managing staff, implementing strategies for operational efficiency, achieving organizational objectives, and enhancing the quality of service delivery. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 Years Experience Required
Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills
Proficient in coordination, goal-oriented planning, and problem-solving
Ability to monitor performance and implement strategic solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in operational management or a similar role
Master's degree or a related field (preferred)
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices is a plus.
Knowledge of Aviation & Logistics industry trends is a plus
