Job Description

The Centre Head will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the training institute, including academic delivery, student enrolments, faculty management, business growth, and ensuring high-quality training standards. The role requires strong leadership, business development skills, and the ability to create an excellent student experience while achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Administration

Oversee day-to-day functioning of the institute. Ensure smooth execution of academic sessions (online/offline). Manage schedules, batches, faculty allocation, and student support.

Business Development & Admissions

Drive student enrolments to achieve monthly/annual targets. Implement marketing campaigns, seminars, workshops, and events. Build strong relationships with students, parents, corporates, and industry partners.

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and manage faculty, counsellors, and support staff. Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for the team. Motivate staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.

Academic Quality & Student Satisfaction

Ensure high standards of teaching, training, and placements. Address student feedback and resolve issues promptly. Monitor student performance, results, and progress.

Financial & Reporting

Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue targets of the centre. Track performance metrics and share regular reports with management. Optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
