Plan and implement local promotional, lead generation, and brand visibility activities.
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to conversion and retention.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
Branch Operations Management:
Ensure the smooth, efficient, and high-quality day-to-day functioning of all centre activities, including academics, administration, and student affairs.
Manage overall centre operations, including infrastructure, resources, and facility maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Oversee fee collections, manage the centre's budget, expenses, and revenue generation strategies to ensure profitability.
Team Management & Leadership:
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales, counselling, academic, and administrative staff.
Conduct performance reviews, provide regular feedback, and foster a positive, professional, and results-driven work environment.
Collaborate with head office on strategic initiatives and provide regular reports on centre performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a management role, preferably within the aviation or education industry.
Leadership:
Strong leadership, people management, and team-building capabilities.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking:
Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and develop effective sales and operational strategies.
Student & Stakeholder Relations:
Ensure excellent student satisfaction and experience through effective counseling and support throughout their training lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and aviation industry partners for placement opportunities.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
This role is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven professional who can take complete ownership of the centre's performance and ensure overall success.
Technical Proficiency:
Competence in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
