Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the center and report to the Directors. Manage child development programs, admissions, and overall center operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with parents (existing and new). Supervise and allocate duties to teachers, childcare workers, and support staff. Ensure the well-being of children and maintain high parent satisfaction. Handle center administration, safety, and hygiene standards. Lead and train the center team for continuous growth and excellence. Ensure smooth fee collection and adherence to administrative processes. Develop and execute strategic business initiatives for growth. Recruit, train, and manage staff effectively. Manage inventory and operational resources efficiently. Prepare MIS reports and maintain operational records. Explore strategic partnerships and coordinate with vendors
