Reportees :Teaching & non-Teaching staff at the preschool .
Purpose of Job : Responsible for educational leadership, internal organization, control, development and success of the preschool Handling Admission enquiries & closing admissions
KRA
Participation in the selection and appointment of teaching and non-teaching staff and accountability for recruited staff.
Assigning roles and responsibilities & facilitate in KRA decision making of all teaching staff.
Handle enquiries, admission counseling & conversions Lesson observation and responsible for curriculum transaction Maintaining of records and document
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans following the school's curriculum and learning objectives.
Evaluating the standards of teaching, learning & conducting weekly staff review meetings.
Undertake teacher training for staff improvement Lesson observation and responsible for curriculum transaction .
Supervise and participate in the conduct appraisal of all teaching staff.
Ensure the monitoring and recording of student progress .
Effective time management of the preschool calendar.
Ensure adherence to policies for their implementation
Organize open house meets with parents, Events & Activities .
Provide general supervision of the student population at all times while on premises Maintaining of records and document.
Ensure classroom hygiene, safety, and child well-being at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?13,850.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
