Staff & Curricular:

Training and implementation of all SOP's Updating and creating new SOP's as pertains to staff and curriculum Training staff on Curriculum and execution Monitoring execution of said curriculum Timely feedback and assessments of teaching and support staff Training and monitoring behaviours and communication of teachers and support staff Being aware of current trends and new methods in the market. Finding creative solutions to any problems that might exist in the current curriculum and solutions for the same Understanding the trainings required to up skill the various staff. Creative setup of classrooms in line with lesson planning. Imparting precise lesson planning and assessment formats to the required staff. Being aware of current trends and new methods in the market. Finding creative solutions to any problems that might exist in the current curriculum and solutions for the same Understanding the trainings required to up skill the various staff. Creative setup of classrooms in line with lesson planning. Imparting precise lesson planning and assessment formats to the required staff. Procuring educational resources required for the class or activity General organisation and inventory of toys, books and other resources. Training teachers and staff to keep and maintain assessment records. Setting up systems of communication with parents. Ensuring properly planned staff schedules for daily operations and otherwise. Co ordinating with admin for any social media requirements. Pictures. Reels etc
Centre :

Ability to schedule and manage all staff on the campus Timely organising and procuring of all required resources for efficient running of school Ensuring adequate cleaning, hygiene and maintenance of the property
The job timing will be 9 to 5 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,043.52 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Sanjay Nagar, Bengaluru - 560094, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
