1 year (relevant experience in preschool / early years leadership)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the preschool
Lead, guide, and motivate teaching and non-teaching staff
Ensure effective academic delivery and quality standards
Handle admissions, parent interactions, and relationship management
Drive enrollment through marketing and outreach activities
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements
Oversee administrative tasks, reports, and budgeting
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / Postgraduate (ECCE / Education background preferred)
Minimum 1 years of experience in a preschool leadership role
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage teams and engage with parents confidently
Passion for early childhood education and school growth
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
