We are looking for a Centre Manager to lead daily operations, manage the team, improve service quality, and drive overall business growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise staff to ensure smooth day-to-day centre operations.
Achieve individual and team targets.
Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Monitor performance, processes, and profitability; share monthly reports.
Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory, and company policies.
Coordinate with internal departments for efficient workflow.
Support training and development of team members.
Manage resources, budgets, and accurate documentation.
Lead by example in work ethics, discipline, and professionalism.
Skills Required
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage operations efficiently
Basic knowledge of reporting, documentation, and compliance
Qualifications
Graduation preferred (any stream)
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in centre/branch/operations management
Experience in customer-facing roles is an added advantage
