Minimum 3 years in sales, lead generation, marketing, or admission counselling (preschool experience preferred)

We are looking for passionate individuals to join us as

Centre Head

. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Centre, ensuring efficiency and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. Convert inquiries into admissions. Implement outdoor marketing campaigns in the designated territory. Participate in lead generation activities such as events, roadshows, and in-centre activities. Ensure staff retention and team motivation. Execute assigned KRAs and implement new strategies. Ensure smooth academic implementation. Maximize revenue opportunities.

Desired Profile:

Excellent English communication skills. Strong leadership and managerial abilities. Ability to mentor and lead a team. Innovative and strategic thinker. Experience in admissions, counselling, and team handling. Strong diplomatic, persuasive, social, and interpersonal skills.
