We are looking for a motivated and disciplined Center Head to lead operations, drive team performance, and ensure efficient day-to-day functioning of the center.
Role Overview
The Center Head will be responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of the center -- including administration, operations, finance, HR coordination, and sales support. The role demands strong leadership, decision-making, and the ability to create an organized, productive, and client-focused work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Center Operations & Administration
Oversee smooth day-to-day operations of the center.
Ensure timely opening, closing, and adherence to office discipline.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff presence.
Maintain adequate office supplies, facilities, and resource availability.
Implement company policies and ensure compliance across departments.
Coordinate and support all administrative requirements of the center.
2. Team Management & Coordination
Supervise and guide team members to ensure task completion and efficiency.
Facilitate clear communication and coordination between departments.
Monitor task allocation, daily reporting, and work progress.
Resolve operational challenges and ensure accountability within the team.
Support employee engagement, training, and performance improvement.
3. Finance & Operations Oversight
Supervise basic financial transactions, records, and documentation.
Monitor daily expense reports, small payments, and operational budgets.
Coordinate with the accounts team for timely billing, reporting, and reconciliations.
Ensure accuracy in product management, ordering, and related financial tracking.
4. HR & Recruitment Support
Assist in recruitment coordination and initial screening of candidates.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new team members.
Maintain records related to attendance, performance, and HR documentation.
Share regular updates on manpower and staffing with management.
5. Sales & Client Experience
Support sales initiatives and assist the team in achieving monthly goals.
Ensure a smooth client journey -- from inquiry to service delivery.
Handle escalations promptly and ensure client satisfaction.
Collect and share client feedback for quality improvement.
6. Strategy & Reporting
Work closely with management to implement center-level strategies.
Track performance metrics, operational KPIs, and team productivity.
Submit periodic reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and improvement plans.
Contribute ideas for business growth and process optimization.
7. Crisis & Issue Management
Act as the first point of contact for urgent or unexpected operational issues.
Handle staff shortages, technical glitches, and client concerns effectively.
Ensure business continuity and operational stability during unforeseen situations.

Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in operations or center management roles.
Prior experience in wellness, healthcare, or service-based organizations preferred.
