Position Overview



The

Centre Head

will be responsible for the overall management, growth, and performance of the Quadlync Centre. This leadership role requires a dynamic individual capable of driving academic and operational excellence, managing a cross-functional team, ensuring profitability, and delivering a superior student and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Centre Operations & Administration



Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre ensuring smooth functioning of training programs, facilities, and staff.
Maintain high standards of discipline, hygiene, and safety within the premises.
Manage administrative processes including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance.

2. Business Development & Marketing



Drive centre enrolments by implementing local marketing initiatives and outreach programs.
Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, corporates, and industry bodies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, events, and workshops.

3. Academic & Training Excellence



Coordinate with trainers, faculty, and academic partners to ensure quality delivery of courses.
Monitor student progress, satisfaction, and outcomes through periodic reviews and feedback.
Introduce new programs or skill development modules aligned with industry demand.

4. Team Leadership & Performance



Lead, motivate, and manage a multidisciplinary team (academic, operations, marketing, and support staff).
Set clear KPIs and review team performance regularly.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

5. Financial & Operational Performance



Achieve revenue, enrolment, and profitability targets.
Optimize resource utilization and control operational costs.
Prepare and present periodic MIS reports to management on performance and growth metrics.

6.Required Qualifications & Skills



Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in education management, training, or centre operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Business acumen with experience in budgeting, planning, and revenue generation.
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
