- Oversee daily operations of the centre, including telecaller performance and customer service
- Manage a team of telecallers to achieve business targets and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and analyze centre performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase leads and registrations
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business goals and objectives
- Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance skills and performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Centre Head or similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
