We are Hiring for State Head - Government Skill Development Program. Roles and Responsibilities : l - Oversee and manage the implementation of government skill development programs. l - Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. l - Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards. l - Stay updated on policy changes and program guidelines to ensure compliance. l - Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals. l - Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. l - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project activities. l - Prepare and submit timely reports to higher management and government authorities. l - Effectively communicate with government officials, stakeholders, and team members. Coordinate all aspects of the skill development programs from initiation to completion. l - Liasioning with state government authorities and maintain a fruitful working relationship ensuring prompt issue redressal. l - Travel to various project sites for project execution. Responsible for attending all Meetings at the district level or state level. Qualifications: l Minimum 6 years of experience in handling large-scale government projects under DDUGKY, NSDC, KSDC, and similar programs. l - Graduation degree in a relevant field. l - Fluent in Verbal and Written communication both in Kannada and English . l - Proven ability to navigate and coordinate within government skill development frameworks. l - Valid driving license with a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for travel within Karnataka. l - Experience working with pan Karnataka Government projects.
