Job Description

Teach aviation/travel/tourism modules

and conduct theory & practical training sessions.

Manage day-to-day centre operations

, including academics, counselling, administration, and scheduling.

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

through walk-ins, counselling, and follow-ups.

Plan and deliver student assessments

, evaluations, soft-skills sessions, and job-readiness training.

Conduct seminars, workshops, and outreach visits

to schools/colleges for lead generation.

Build and maintain partnerships

with educational institutions, corporates, and travel/aviation stakeholders.

Lead and supervise counsellors, trainers, and support staff

, ensuring smooth functioning of the centre.

Handle fee collections, documentation, MIS reports

, and coordination with Head Office.

Maintain high student satisfaction

, manage queries, and provide counselling to ensure course completion.

Support placement activities

by preparing students for interviews and coordinating with recruiters.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
