Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the center and ensure smooth functioning
Lead, motivate, and manage academic/administrative teams
Drive admissions, revenue growth, and business targets
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and student experience
Develop and implement operational policies and processes
Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability of the center
Build strong relationships with students, parents, partners, and stakeholders
Prepare reports and present performance updates to management
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Education, or a related field
1-5 years of experience in center management, branch operations, or a leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in education, training, or service industry preferred
Proven ability to achieve targets and manage teams effectively
