About the Role

Lighthouse Communities Foundation is seeking a

motivated and mission-driven Centre Head

to lead the Lighthouse Program at our Borabanda centre. This role is ideal for a professional passionate about working with underserved youth and experienced in

centre operations, team leadership, and stakeholder management

.

The Centre Head will be responsible for overall program execution, youth engagement, team performance, and building strong partnerships with community and institutional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Centre & Program Management

Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Lighthouse Centre at Borabanda Ensure effective program delivery and active youth engagement Oversee centre planning, administration, reporting, and data accuracy
Youth Skilling & Placement Readiness

Ensure youth placement readiness through resume reviews, interview preparation, expert sessions, and mock interviews Understand local employment opportunities and coordinate closely with the Placement Manager
Team Leadership

Mentor, guide, and review performance of centre team members (4-7 staff) Foster a high-performance culture while ensuring low attrition and strong team morale
Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, government stakeholders, corporate partners, and volunteers Represent Lighthouse confidently in meetings, events, and public forums
Systems & Technology

Ensure effective use of Lighthouse technology platforms and the Youth Connect Portal
Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

MSW or Postgraduate degree Minimum

5 years of experience

in program implementation (experience in skilling/livelihood programs preferred) Prior experience managing training centres and teams
Skills & Competencies

Strong communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Telugu

Confident public speaker with excellent stakeholder engagement skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and flexible with strong time-management abilities Proficiency in

MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Google Meet
