Manage front-office operations, documentation, and record-keeping
Handle student inquiries, registrations, admissions, and batch coordination
Maintain student data, attendance records, fee details, and MIS reports
Coordinate with the HO / regional office for reports and compliance
Student & Faculty Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents
Support faculty with schedules, classrooms, and academic requirements
Address student concerns and escalate issues when required
Finance & Documentation
Collect fees and coordinate with accounts for billing and receipts
Maintain cash, cheque, and online payment records
Assist with audits, invoices, and expense tracking
Centre Operations
Ensure classrooms, labs, and facilities are operational and well-maintained
Coordinate vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, and supplies
Support events, workshops, seminars, and student activities
Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure adherence to MAAC SOPs, policies, and franchise guidelines
Maintain statutory records and internal documentation
Support inspections, reviews, and internal audits
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Basic understanding of administrative finance processes
Problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
