Centralised Merchandiser / Quality Controller

Job Description

Responsible for merchandise planning, procurement, vendor management, product development, and quality control to ensure optimized inventory, strong sales contribution, and adherence to quality standards across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities



Plan and manage seasonal merchandise and maintain Live OTB. Coordinate with Sales & Purchase teams for stock replenishment and promotions. Manage procurement, inventory levels, and minimize dead stock. Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and sales trend analysis. Develop and manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and diversify sourcing. Drive product development, seasonal launches, and ensure QC compliance. Monitor sales, margins, and support business growth through merchandising strategy.

Qualifications & Skills



Graduate/Postgraduate in Retail/Fashion/Business Management. 5-8 years of experience in merchandising, procurement, and QC. Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills. Knowledge of OTB, ROL, inventory management, and QC standards. Proficiency in MS Excel/ERP systems and excellent communication skills.

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
