Responsibilities:
Develop and execute centralized offline marketing plans.
Drive walk-ins and inquiries through events, outreach, and partnerships.
Lead brand audits and ensure uniform school identity.
Organize school fairs, open houses, and exhibitions.
Collaborate with admissions, operations & branch teams.
Manage PR, media coverage, and internal communication.
Oversee marketing budget & track performance.
Ideal Profile:
7-12 years in offline marketing (education/services preferred)
Excellent leadership, event management & PR skills
Passionate about building trust with parents and the community
