Job Summary

• Review the production plan (commercial Launch & Filling - API Planning)
• Review the Raw material plan (commercial Launch & Filling - API Planning)
• Review the Intermediates availability from the interplants (commercial Launch & Filling - API Planning)
• Ensuring the DRP, APO and MRP process
• Finalizing the budget activity
• Product availability for DF and Marketing
• Chronic Supply Issues Resolution
• Long Range Capacity Planning
• Site Transfer- API & Intermediate
• Monitoring the Key Supply chain metrics and corrective action (DCS, Inventory, OTIF, forecast fidelity, Forecast accuracy)
• SCM Lead for Cost Reduction, Site Transfer, AVD, Product Internalization Plans
• Inventory optimization (Norm's finalization and the liquidation of non-moving inventory)
• Daily report and S&OP governance.

• Demand Fidelity (Captive, Filling, Launch & Marketing)
• NPL, Filling & Query Batches Supply management
• SCM Process maturity - Norms Setting, Cost to Serve, Planning Master Data Controller
• Chronic Supply Issues Resolution (Captive & Market)
• Inventory optimization
• Data management and support for the S&OP process.
• Daily / Weekly MIS report review & take necessary action.
