Job Overview

Jointseal is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Central Sales Support Specialist to support our sales operations, coordinate with dealers and customers and ensure smooth backend processes. The ideal candidate will be skilled in documentation, communication, Tally and CRM handling.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Team Assistance:

Manage sales team schedules, prepare sales orders and support day-to-day coordination.

Order Processing:

Execute accurate order processing, maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems.

Lead Calling & Sorting:

Contact leads generated via social media, qualify them and assign high-value leads to the sales team.

Dealer Documentation:

Maintain dealer files and assist in onboarding new dealers with accurate paperwork.

Payment Follow-ups:

Ensure timely payment collection from customers and dealers; address billing concerns.

Dealer Communication:

Coordinate with dealers for order fulfilment, issue resolution and product-related queries.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics and support forecasting activities.

Cross-Department Coordination:

Work with finance, logistics and marketing teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Process Improvements:

Identify gaps in sales processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements

Strong knowledge of Tally Basic CRM data entry and documentation skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
