Role Overview:
The
Central Program Coordinator (CPC)
will be responsible for
overseeing and managing site execution PAN India
, ensuring the
timely completion of projects
while maintaining
safety and quality standards
.
This role requires
close coordination with State Program Coordinators and Program Engineers
to streamline project execution.
The CPC will act as a key liaison between
clients, vendors, and internal teams
, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Execution & Project Monitoring
Coordinate with state teams for construction activities, ensuring
compliance with design specifications and safety standards
.
Collaborate with the
Project Manager (Client) and State PCs
for
weekly work planning and execution
as per the overall schedule.
Identify and engage
vendors/subcontractors
for
PO execution
.
Track, ensure, and consolidate
daily progress reports
submitted by
State PCs
and report to the
Project Manager (Client)
.
2. Quality Control & Compliance
Conduct
workmanship and material quality checks
in line with
approved industry standards
.
Work closely with
QA/QC teams
to oversee
material inspections
and ensure compliance.
Enforce
strict adherence to safety protocols
and
regulatory requirements
at project sites.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain and review
daily and weekly progress reports
for internal use and client updates.
Monitor
material stock levels
, track weekly
material requirements
, and conduct final reconciliations.
Verify
measurements of completed work
and approve
contractor bills
.
Assist in preparing
as-built drawings
and ensure compliance with project documentation standards.
4. Vendor & Client Coordination
Work closely with
vendors and subcontractors
to
ensure smooth execution of work
.
Manage
invoice submissions and follow-ups
to facilitate
timely client payments
.
Prepare and present
project reports
for
internal reviews and client meetings
.

Frequent travel
to
project sites
for audits, inspections, and execution monitoring.
Occasional travel
to
state or regional offices
for project meetings and strategy reviews.
Must be
