Receive service requests from staff through phone, email, or ticketing system.
Log each request with details (request type, priority, requester, and location).
Categorize and forward requests to the respective departments -- IT, Biomedical, or Maintenance.
Track the progress of each request and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
Escalate unresolved or urgent issues to the relevant department heads or Facility Manager.
Maintain and update the helpdesk logbook and ticketing system daily.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on the number of requests, response time, and closure rates.
Assist in preventive maintenance scheduling and coordinate with concerned teams.
Maintain confidentiality of internal information and service records.
Support general administrative coordination as directed by the Facility Manager.
