Position Overview:



We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Center Head

to lead our Bangalore operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the

healthcare industry

, particularly in dealing with

IPD (In-Patient Department)

and

OPD (Out-Patient Department)

doctor segments. This is a leadership role requiring deep understanding of healthcare operations, sales, team management, and P&L ownership.

Key Responsibilities:



Leadership & Operations:

Lead and manage all operations across the state of Karnataka, with Bangalore as the base. Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all service units and operational teams. Monitor and improve service quality, patient satisfaction, and compliance standards.

Business Development & Sales:

Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, doctors (IPD & OPD), and other healthcare providers. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's footprint in the region. Execute marketing and outreach strategies to attract and retain patients.

Doctor & Patient Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals. Address patient concerns and ensure high levels of care and service delivery. Serve as the primary liaison between doctors, patients, and internal teams.

P&L Management:

Own and drive the Profit & Loss responsibility for the state. Optimize costs while maintaining high service standards. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and regular financial reports for senior management.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team including operations, sales, and support staff. Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and results.

Requirements:



8-12 years of experience in the

healthcare industry

, with strong exposure to

IPD and OPD

segments. Proven track record in handling

operations, P&L, business development

, and

team management

. Strong network and relationships with doctors, hospitals, and clinics in the region. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strategic thinking with the ability to execute plans effectively on the ground. Bachelor's degree in healthcare, management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
