JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE Centre Incharge

We are looking for a candidate who is flexible to commute the locations Okhla Abul Fazal Enclave NCR. ( Only for Male)

Responsibilities

Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.

Coordinating office activities, Manage Donor and schedule Donor Visit .

Scheduling Donor appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders

Emails & correspondence, internally and externally, replying.

Manage phone calls and Admin work activity.

. Manager Rescue Elderly Documents and Keep Record .

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Excellent MS Office knowledge and Manage Vaster

Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Work experience as an 1 Year public Relation Administrative.

Probation Period:

Three months

Salary Compensation:

Monetary compensation up to Rs. 20000 to 30,000 per month (Non-negotiable)
