Facilitate the development of the regional sales strategy in collaboration with the Regional Director - Sales by providing comprehensive analysis of market opportunities, zone characteristics, and growth potential.
Provide insights on competitive trends, customer behavior, and referral dynamics to support informed decision-making.
2. Operational Responsibilities
Execute the annual operating plan for sales within the assigned zone and monitor progress against targets.
Analyze regional healthcare trends and formulate effective strategies to approach OB-GYN specialists and generate patient referrals.
Supervise Business Development Executives to ensure planned outreach to the targeted number of OB-GYN specialists and personally engage with key specialists to establish initial rapport.
Follow up with newly approached OB-GYN specialists to convert leads into tie-ups and strengthen referral partnerships with NOVA.
Drive ongoing engagement with referral partners, address their queries or grievances, and ensure timely processing of referral bonuses in coordination with the Finance team.
Maintain and regularly update sales data, center-level statistics, and performance reports.
Support the Regional Marketing Director and Center Heads in executing center-level marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
3. Financial Responsibilities
Operate within the allocated sales budget for the center and ensure cost-effective execution of all sales and marketing activities.
Track and report variance from the approved budget.
4. People Management Responsibilities
Ensure timely goal setting, performance reviews, and annual appraisals for self and direct reportees.
Ensure adequate manpower availability within the BD team.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to Business Development Executives on effective selling and relationship-building.
Build and maintain a highly motivated sales team by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
