Lead and manage the sales & counselling team at the training center.
Drive student enrollments by achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Guide tele counsellors in handling leads and ensuring conversion.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and corporate clients.
Maintain daily sales reports, MIS, and team performance trackers.
Ensure smooth center operations in coordination with the academic team.
Requirements
Graduate / Postgraduate with 3+ years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development (aviation/education industry preferred).
Strong communication & leadership skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to manage a team and drive performance.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
