Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase admissions/business at the center.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular training sessions.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality at the center.
Handle escalations and resolve client queries effectively.
Maintain reports on sales performance, leads, and conversion ratios.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3+ years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the education/aviation/hospitality sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
