Job Description

The Center Sales Manager is responsible for driving admissions by converting leads into enrollments. This role requires a highly target-oriented professional with strong leadership, counseling, and sales management skills. The candidate will oversee the complete admissions cycle, manage the sales team, and ensure revenue targets of the center are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion & Admissions



Convert incoming leads (walk-ins, calls, digital leads, and references) into confirmed admissions. Counsel students and parents on courses, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes. Ensure high lead-to-admission conversion ratios.

Target & Revenue Management



Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission and revenue targets for the center. Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize enrollments and profitability. Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions when required.

Team Management & Training



Lead, motivate, and manage education counselors and tele-callers. Conduct regular training on counseling skills, objection handling, and product knowledge. Track individual performance and provide feedback to improve results.

Process & Reporting



Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and admissions reports. Ensure CRM and reporting systems are updated and followed.

Brand & Relationship Management



Build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners. Ensure excellent student experience throughout the admission process. Uphold the brand image and ethics of the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). Proven experience in education sales, admissions, or center management. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure. Leadership and team-handling experience. Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
