Centre Sales Manager will be responsible for heading the sales & marketing department of respective campus with directly responsible for P & L of the centre. The Major responsibility will be to achieve the Revenue and Conversion targets of the particular campus, while also ensuring smooth operations in line with the organization's standards. CSM will be directly involved in the sales and marketing operations and will lead the sales and marketing department team members of the campus

Key Responsibility
The Centre Sales Manager will be responsible for the profitability of the center.
To achieve the desired revenue (billing & collection) and conversion targets of the campus.
Will lead and comprehensively involve the Counselling, Marketing, and Administration Teams in their work tasks.
They will ensure the achievement of a minimum Conversion ratio, i.e., tele to visit and visit to enquiry segments.
Will ensure that all SOPs of related departments are maintained.
Will be responsible to manage overall operations of the campus.
They will ensure that follow-ups with pending enquiries are conducted in a right and appropriate manner.
Will be responsible for evaluating marketing campaigns and strategies.
The manager will prepare Monthly Planning and ensure they are executed accordingly.
Will ensure timely collection of courses payment from students and that all dues and overdue fees are collected well within the due date.
Their responsibilities will also include creating Brand Awareness, working towards Lead Generation, and Generating Footfall in the respective location through various ATL & BTL Activities, such as Delivering Seminars in Schools & Villages, Organizing Multiple Events & Activities, Distributing Pamphlets, and Displaying Hoardings & Wall paintings, etc.
Will be involved in Post Counselling Sessions.
Finding Suitable Business Associates in the Region and establishing strong relationships with them for Generating Business.
Planning & leading different marketing activities & events (in-house & out-house).
