Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Center Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations at our center. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, team management experience, and the ability to drive performance and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day sales operations of the center
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets
Ensure high conversion rates through effective client handling and follow-ups
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to drive footfall and leads
Maintain excellent client relationships and provide end-to-end support during the sales cycle
Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for management review
Ensure the center maintains high standards of customer service and presentation
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively
Key Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or service industry
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?28,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
