Job Description

Communication & Sales

Make outbound calls to potential clients to pitch digital marketing services. Explain services such as social media marketing, SEO, website development, performance marketing, and branding. Conduct needs assessment to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions. Maintain excellent English communication--spoken, written, and presentation.
Lead Generation & Follow-ups

Contact leads from databases, inbound inquiries, and online platforms. Follow up with prospects regularly to drive conversions. Maintain a structured sales pipeline and update CRM daily. Fix appointments and demos for the business development team.
Sales Strategy Support

Assist in identifying new business opportunities. Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities. Handle objections confidently and provide clear clarifications. Share input on client feedback and market needs.
Client Handling & Coordination

Communicate with clients professionally via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Schedule meetings, share proposals, and assist clients during onboarding. Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, operations) for smooth project initiation. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain call logs, lead sheets, and follow-up trackers. Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and communication status. Update CRM tools or tracking sheets regularly.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
